Jan. 31, 2024: Meet Amazing Artemis! Artemis, an elegant gray tabby, is seeking a loving forever home.
Born approximately May 15, 2023, Artemis has a resilient spirit despite her challenging past as part of an outdoor cat hoard. She was extremely grateful to be rescued and is now patiently waiting for a forever family.
She presents a balanced demeanor, encompassing both sweetness and playful energy. At first, Artemis may appear reserved, but once she finds trust, she comes out of her shell and emerges as a loyal and affectionate companion.
Expect subtle yet heartfelt gestures of affection, including gentle purrs, headbutts, and occasional hand licks. She is not the kind of cat to sit on laps, but she does love affection and will curl up beside you and appreciate every pet you give her.
Artemis is a super playful kitty and loves chasing cat toys and playing with them around the house. Her playful nature knows no bounds, and she's on the lookout for a feline playmate in her new home to share moments of joy and engage in a bit of friendly roughhousing.
Artemis prefers a calm and peaceful environment. Loud noises and sudden movements may unsettle her, making an adult-only home ideal for her to relax and enjoy her days without unnecessary stress.
While untested with dogs, her preference for tranquility suggests she might thrive best without a canine companion, but another cat in the house would be perfect to keep her company and make her feel at home.
Artemis is ready for her new journey and is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and FIV/FELV negative.
