Feb. 2, 2026: Bereavement Center of Westchester Tree House (BCW Tree House) is pleased to welcome Meghann Paisley and Heather Lamberton to its Board of Directors. Their personal commitment, community ties, and shared belief in BCW Tree House’s mission will help further the organization’s work supporting grieving children, families, and adults throughout Westchester.
Meghann Paisley

Meghan Paisley
Mrs. Paisley, a Bronxville resident, has been a longtime supporter of BCW Tree House through its community fundraisers and events. Over time, learning more about the organization’s programs and hearing directly from those it serves inspired her to deepen her involvement. “There are so many causes one can support, but BCW Tree House truly stood out to me,” she shared. “What resonated most was the way the organization supports not just children, but entire families—emotionally and practically—during an incredibly difficult time.” When the opportunity arose to move from supporter to board member, Mrs. Paisley was eager to contribute her time and energy in a more meaningful way.
Heather Lamberton

Heather Lamberton
Mrs. Lamberton, also a Bronxville resident, brings a deeply personal connection to the organization’s mission. Her husband, Stephen Lamberton, lost his father to suicide at a young age—before programs like the Tree House existed. As an adult, Mr. Lamberton completed the organization’s volunteer training and now serves as a facilitator at the Tree House, an experience that has been profoundly meaningful for their entire family.
“The services the Tree House provides are extraordinary,” Mrs. Lamberton said. “They not only support children who are grieving, but also the adults who carry that grief forward. Seeing the impact of the training and the work my husband does as a facilitator showed me just how transformative this organization can be.” Mrs. Lamberton views board service as a powerful way to give back and help ensure bereavement services are available to all those coping with grief.
BCW Tree House is grateful to welcome Mrs. Paisley and Mrs. Lamberton to its Board of Directors and looks forward to their leadership, insight, and dedication as the organization continues its essential mission of supporting grieving families in our community.
