Feb. 3, 2021: Below is the local Covid-19 Report for this week.
Vaccine Supply Update
It continues to be very difficult to get a vaccine appointment in New York State. However, according to a communication from Governor Cuomo's office on February 2, 2021, the federal vaccine supply to the states will increase "by about 20 percent for the next three weeks, up from the initial 16 percent expected bump in allocations." Also, private pharmacies will received an additional 10 percent "or about 30,000 doses, directly from the federal government." Click here for more vaccination information and resources.
Local Covid Cases
According to the Westchester County Covid-19 Dashboard, as of February 1, 2021, there were 53 cases in Bronxville. Cases in Bronxville have been trending down for the past three weeks but are still well above the pre-Holiday level of 14 cases.

Hospitalizations
Total hospitalizations in New York State for Covid-19 continued to fall this week from 8,730 on January 24, 2021 to 8,067 on January 31, 2021. Of these hospitalization, 1,500 were in the ICU.
