Starting November 1st: Pumpkin Composting at Village Hall!
Don't trash your Halloween pumpkins -- there's still a lot of good in them! Instead, drop them off for commercial composting at Bronxville's Food Scrap Recycling drop off site on Palumbo Place, behind Village Hall. Please make sure they are free of paint, glitter, stickers or candles.
This is a great way to remove food from our waste stream and transform it into vital compost while reducing pollution and costs associated with incineration. Interested in making a difference all year long? Learn more about our residential food scrap recycling program HERE and follow us on IG @bxvgreencommittee.
